With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Low – SportyThe lowest handlebar position creates a more forward-leaning, sporty riding position. It's a good choice if you prefer an efficient riding position, are used to road or fitness bikes, or simply like a lower front end.
Mid – BalancedThe versatile middle option offers a comfortable balance between sporty and upright. It's well suited to commuting, leisure riding and everyday use, and is a good starting point for many riders.
High – UprightThe highest handlebar position provides a more upright and relaxed riding position. It's particularly suitable if comfort is your priority, you prefer less forward lean, or you're a taller rider looking for additional handlebar height.
Remember, your height is only part of the equation. Two riders of the same height may prefer completely different handlebar positions depending on their proportions and riding style.
