Introducing from Tern Bicycles the HSD S8i Electric Folding Bike!

The S8i HSD is an internal-hub 8-speed ebike that is built upon a lightweight 6061 alloy folding frame that is equipped with comfortable and ergonomic features for exploring city to rural routes. Powered n Bosch Active Line Plus Gen 3 Motor that derives its power from a reliable 400Wh Bosch Battery which offers electric assisted power up to 15mph and delivering a 26 to 69-mile range depending on power modes and conditions. Up front, the HSD S8i boasts a Suntour front suspension unit thus combined with its 20" wheelset offers you a bike that is well balanced delivering smooth riding and agility without feeling twitchy. The upright position makes you look above traffic. Fitted with front and rear mudguards, a rear pannier rack, a front and rear light-set makes this bike suitable from commuting to touring and everything in between. Hydraulic disc brakes provide fluid braking performance are safer and more controlled when applied, compared non-regulated/standard brakes on most mundane bikes.

This is the low-maintenance of Tern's HSD P9. For starters the Nexus 8-speed internal rear hub gear leaves no protruding rear derailleurs to upset should you knock the bike and also rather than conventional metal chain, this model is driven by belt – and this leaves no greasy components getting in your way when folding the bike and when riding the bike.
