Customer Service and Sales Person : Job Summary

General Description
We need someone who is friendly, creative, and self-motivated, who enjoys working as part of a team.
This is a customer-focused role in which you will provide sales advice and service to our customers in store as well as providing the same approachable service to remote customers via phone and email.
A broad depth of knowledge across a wide range of products and cycling genres is required with training and support being provided to keep our sales team on top of what’s new. A background in cycling is useful but not crucial as we’d prefer a candidate with the right aptitude to help people rather than an individual who can simply spin a set of pedals.
Additional daily tasks will include maintaining the appearance and security of products within the shop, processing customer web orders for dispatch, engaging with industry news and training opportunities to develop your knowledgebase and skillset, plus the general assistance of colleagues in store to keep everything running smoothly.
