The Frog 73 is a light weight hybrid bike for older kids (12+ years approx) with an inside measurement of at least 73cm. It's fun to ride, comes in some awesome colours and will be perfect for weekend family outings or the 'daily grind' commute' to school!

The Frog Hybrid 73 is part of Frog's Push The Limits range for older riders. With Push The Limits Frog decals and Neon frame colours available your children can grow with Frog Bikes all the way to adolescence.

The Frog 73 offers total independence, with wide tyres and a sturdy frame it is perfect for doing a paper round on the road or flying down forest trails with friends at the weekend. You also have the option to attach a pannier rack to the frame for transporting school books and sports kit.

This 26 inch kids' Hybrid Bike is the ideal multi purpose, geared bike for children approximately 12 years old and upwards with an average inside leg of 73cm. The handlebars can be lowered or raised within a range of 54mm and adjusting the seat height is easy to do at home with the quick release system. This means a Frog Bike will grow with your child making it a great investment.

Sizing Information

Sizing a child for a Frog hybrid bike is an important step in ensuring a comfortable and safe riding experience. Here's a general guide to help you determine the appropriate size for your mini rider:

1. Measure their inseam: Ask your child to stand with their feet slightly apart, then measure the distance from the floor to their crotch using a tape measure. This provides an accurate inseam measurement.
2. Refer to the size chart below. Match your child's inseam measurement with the recommended bike size range provided. Take note of the age and height recommendations too, as they can further guide your decision.
3. Consider their overall height and age: While the inseam measurement is crucial, it's important to consider your child's height and age as well. This ensures a comfortable fit and allows for growth.
4. Test the bike fit: Once you've determined the recommended size, it's helpful to have the child sit on the bike and check for a comfortable riding position. Their feet should be able to touch the ground while sitting on the saddle, and they should have a slight bend in their knees when the pedals are at the lowest point.
