With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Gareth Says: The Brompton B-Bag is half way between our own Cordura Brompton soft carry bag and the more robust hard travel case which we would recommend for flying with your bike. The B-Bag is ideal if you are travelling from A to B without the need to use your bike in-between. The flexible material of the B-Bag is light enough to be easily handled with some light foam padding to protect the bike whilst in transit, but it's this padding along with the solid base that makes the bag quite bulky when rolled up, certainly large enough not to be safely carried whilst riding a Brompton. So in summary, if you need a bag to travel with that you can carry on the bike between destinations, we would recommend our own Cordura Brompton carry bag. If you are flying with the bike, the hard case is best. If you need a bag to safely transport your Brompton to your end destination and you have some storage for it when you get there, then the Brompton B-Bag should provide you with the ideal solution.
