With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

When choosing to embark on a ride or race whilst conditions are a touch on the cold side you may well find the application of Chapeau! Cold Weather Warm Up Balm to be of benefit to you. It will quickly provide a feeling of warmth throughout muscles and perhaps more importantly tendons when there is a chill in the air.
Application is simple, decant a small amount in to your hand and rub on to the appropriate areas until fully absorbed.
Please be aware however, that the actual warming affect that is experienced, varies greatly depending on the individual, the amount applied and the ambient temperature when you are applying the balm. For instance if you were to apply it whilst in a warm room the reaction would be much quicker and more extreme as your blood vessels are already closer to the surface of your skin. If applying outside in the cold air then the opposite will be true. In short you should practice with smaller amounts first and get to know what works best for yourself.
