With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Our Merino neck warmer is firm staff favourite. It's a natural fibre, lightweight product that is odour resistant and can be worn in a number of different ways; just on the neck, covering the chin or even an impromptu skull cap in case the cold wind catches you out!
Ah, merino! Forget modern scientific wizardry, merino is the original technical fibre. Merino has had a renaissance in recent years with cyclists and other outdoor athletes realising that merino has natural properties no modern fabric can replicate.
Woven into a fabric as soft as silk and barely thicker, it seems extraordinary that something so thin can be so warm. The secret is that merino fibres are incredibly fine, barely a quarter the thickness of a human hair, so they trap air much more effectively. Not only that, merino fibres also wick sweat away without feeling clammy against the skin. That's important, because the chilling effect of air over damp fabric can be a real problem in cold conditions. Merino retains warmth even when wet, which makes it perfect for winter rides. Finally, merino has natural anti-microbial properties which prevents unpleasant odours from building up. We don't recommend never washing your merino kit, but it's nice to know that you won't be turned away from cafes while on tour! None of these properties rely on artifical treatments, it's all down to nature.
