With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90 Day No Quibble Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 90 days, unused and in their original condition.
Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unmoved from the garment. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods, as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Camelbak claim to have re-invented the humble sports water bottle with the Podium bottle. We'll leave you to decide whether their bold claim is true, but we would agree that they rather good...
The improvement with these bottle is the simple yet much improved 'Jet Valve' drinking spout which allows a much better flow of water than the traditional pull up valves. The Jet Valve closes with a simple twist to provide a completely leak free seal, a great bonus if you are using a bottle in a bag or in the car. Add to this the BPA free material used to make the Podium bottle which won't make your water taste funny and is also free of the harmful substances used in some conventional bottles.
Available in a variety of colours, the Camelbak Podium water bottles will fit all conventional bicycle bottle cages.
